    My tenure is wrong and its sorta bugging me.


    So I have been playing xbox AND had gold since a year after Halo 3, 2008. I even went on my account info on HaloWaypoint and seen that i first started playing that game around 2008. so my years should either be 8 years or 9. But its 5. Can this be fixed?

    no your r wrong this happen to me my old account and was only at 22m of gold and that was at 2 when this tenure update was out my tenure should be 2 its should be going on to 3 on the 27th of june

    Hey there XxJibJabxX,

    The number is actually calculated based on time with an Xbox Live Gold subscription and not when the account was created. Have you had a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription since 2008, or maybe off and on since 2008?

    If you check commerce.microsoft.com and look in the subscriptions section you'll see any active subscriptions as well as how long you've had it. You may have to look a decent ways back since this
    is 2008, but you should be able to add up any subscription time to see what it looks like. Our chat/phone teams can help with that if you're not able to see the information. You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available)
