My tenure is wrong and it should have been updated by now

This may seem like a petty request but my tenure (years of being a gold member) is wrong. I believe I have been a Gold member since 26/12/2008 and my badge should say 6 years but it's still 5. Yeah, it's a bit petty (lol) but I'd like to see it updated or
at least, know when it should be changing.

I've wondered as well, how can I find out exactly when I started Gold? I go on account.live.com but when I go onto subscriptions, it goes to 2009, 2010, skips 11, 12 and 13 for no reason and goes to 2014.

Is my history broke because I use pre-paid cards? Why has my sub history skipped 3 of my years as a Gold member? Please fix my account microsoft, that would be much appreciated. ^_^

Xbox Live Tenure

That did happen to me in the past, but in those cases no tenure showed at all for a while. Now my tenure does show, but it is wrong, and it's been wrong for over a month now.

 

A very different tenure question

So, I have been informed my official support that my tenure is in fact correct. At first I was concerned about my tenure going from 3 to 2 (even though I think it's still wrong and is misrepresentation) but I have been told it's correct. You see when I was
at 3 years tenure, I was at 3 for a long time, not quite a year but still a long time so I figured I would be moving to 4 sometime soon. So my question is this, am I still the same time away from 3 tenure now that was away from 4 before it changed? Because
I know for fact that I've had my Xbox LIVE Gold account for WELL over two years (3 if you ask me). So is my tenure being "reset" at two years? Because if it is, that's just wrong. I should now be very close to attaining 3 year tenure.
