My Tenure is still at 3 after waiting patiently for a year

I'm for certain that there is a issue with my Tenure. It's been a little over a year since I first started looking into ways on how to fix the issue with my tenure, and its still stuck at three. I have been investigating possible ways to fix this with no
luck yet. I'm also familiar with the sticky post about the problem with the tenure that was created by Miss Kleo. I have followed everything word by word with no solution. Has anyone found a solution yet?

A very different tenure question

So, I have been informed my official support that my tenure is in fact correct. At first I was concerned about my tenure going from 3 to 2 (even though I think it's still wrong and is misrepresentation) but I have been told it's correct. You see when I was
at 3 years tenure, I was at 3 for a long time, not quite a year but still a long time so I figured I would be moving to 4 sometime soon. So my question is this, am I still the same time away from 3 tenure now that was away from 4 before it changed? Because
I know for fact that I've had my Xbox LIVE Gold account for WELL over two years (3 if you ask me). So is my tenure being "reset" at two years? Because if it is, that's just wrong. I should now be very close to attaining 3 year tenure.

My tenure was 4 years before but now is 2. It should be 4 going to 5 this year. But because of this certain problem it is not. One of your official support staff said on the 4/2/13 (4th of February) that by telling them what the tenure was before it would
help them look further into the issue so since then I have been waiting patiently for just about 3 weeks now and still nothing, it hasn't been fixed? As a long time subscriber to the xbox live gold service i would like my tenure to be fixed.

Remember Tenure increases every time a full 12 months of Xbox Live Gold time have elapsed on the account. Also, being Silver will not cancel the Gold time acquired, but tenure will not increase
until Gold time has been added again. There`s really nothing you can do but
wait.

 

PR!NCE DARKNESS, he is talking about ambassador tenure, not xbox gold tenure.

On topic - I was told on my post about this, that everyone's is stuck, as you probably already know. They are working on a fix, but i seems their progress is a bit slow. Everyone is waiting, including me.

 

No, Tenure has not been Slow, You need to Create to help forums or Create a Forum in which people post as a like, or Recommend it for best answer, Because I'm already Almost Done to Leveling up Soon, And you must Wait 14 Days (2 Weeks) Until it Has Fully
Developed it's Complete Tenure.
