My tenure is not showing up on my profile

please could you help sort out my tenure as it not showing up on my profile on xbox one

Tenure problem still high! 1/22/2013

I deleted my profile (profile only) three times and the tenure is still showing up incorrectly.

Gamertag Tenure went from 6 to 3 years

I deleted my profile like you said and my tenure is still showing up incorrectly.

Please help.

For one I will ask how long have you had your account? For two if you are even checking in the correct place, easiest way is to click on "friends" tab, scroll down to "my profile" and it will have your tenure under you gamer picture. And lastly I will ask
if you have had your account for a long time and it doesnt show up you may have had it removed if you have ever modded it in any way, and a way to check usually would be through this-
enforcement.xbox.com/Home and click on enforcement actions against my account.

I did the troubleshooting steps in the sticky, and my tenure is still incorrect.

I'm not sure how to check tenure on Xbox.com, but on my Xbox my tenure has showed 3 for at least 1.5 years that changed this year, and instead of going up my tenure went down.

I did clear my cache, delete my profile, etc. Still no luck.
