My Tenure is gone was 9 now nothing?

Hi my xbox live tenure is gone it was a 9 can anyone help i already tried recovering my tag. I just noticed it within the last day or two? any help would be appreciated thank you.

also if it helps i just renewed my live with a prepaid 3 month a day or two ago aswell.

also none of my friends can see it either.

Tenure decreased by 1 year

Okay xbox live, once again for the second time my tenure has been depreciated. First it was from 9 to 6. Now this time it has gone from 10 to 9. I dont want to have to try anything because it eventually went back to normal.

Xbox One TENURE missing, 10 year member

Recently my tenure has disappeared on my xbox one profile. It should say 9 but is gone completely. Ive seen this issue with others and they've said it came back, but I have waited 4 weeks now and still nothing. Please help me, thanks.

I cant edit my last post i have not dropped gold or been silver at any point of my subscription the renew was i just added onto the month that was remaining.

Try hard reset just to see if it helps bring it back.If not might be a glitch in the system which will correct on its own

i already did that its not a local issue i see going back up to 5 pages over the last month here on the forums there is at least 4 other tenure disappearing posts some have up to 5 people a thread its happening too so i am hoping support can help me here.

From 9 to 6.

@cloud my tenure as all gone i have contacted support who are looking into the issue, My tenure is nearly 8 years now its nothing. Hope the can fix the issue along with the headset adapters not working.
