    Hi Xbox Live support, recently (maybe 4 days) my 7 years Tenure on my profile has gone.

    Of course, my Xbox Live Gold membership is not expired (07/14/2016)

    It is a glitch and I have read from a support agent in another thread that the tenure should reappear around the same time as the anniversary of the account.
