my tenure from 6 years to 2 years + more glitches

I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. My tenure is still incorrect, I was 3 years and it glitched me to 2 years. I have had an active gold for 3+ years without expiring....

I'm also having problems with my tenure, it should say 6 (going on 7) and my one year just expired on 2/6/2013 . I redeemed a 3 month of Xbox live and after doing so it went back to 5. I have no years accumulated of silver, as every year in my account history
I have had gold. Furthermore I have tried every instruction, clear cache, delete profile, turn off Xbox for 30 mins etc. so far nothing has worked, therefore I would like to be added to this list of tenure glitch that is occurring in the system.

It shows 6 Years tenure from my end. Perhaps you can post a picture of your Gamercard showing the "-1" Tenure.

Tenure is only based on time spent as a Gold subscriber. Time spent as Silver does not increase Tenure.

All of this information is in the sticky to which Mr Ohnaka provided you a link back in May.

It also only shows completed years, not partial years. For instance 2 years and 6 months is still a 2 - as is 2 years and 11 months.

But I'm pretty sure that I had more years of gold, as I said, in december 2012 my tenure number was 6. at least 3 years of gold membership was paid with my credit card.
