My tenure doesn't update!

Hello! I have had gold for 7 straight years since June 2010, yet my tenure still shows 6 years instead of 7. How can I fix that?

My xbox tenure doesn't show on my xbox one

My xbox tenure doesn't show on my xbox one while it does show on my xbox 360.. My tenure should be '5'. Please help!

 

my Gamercard is not showing the right Tenure please help

Have you been gold that whole year?

Silver doesn't count.

If you have been gold the whole year then you just have to give the tenure time to update.

It doesn't update straight away. not sure how long it takes but it should update eventually.

To clarify, where are you looking when you see your tenure? Are you checking on Xbox One, Xbox 360 or somewhere else? Do you see the same number on all devices?

Hello Mister Mascot! Thanks so much for the reply! I just checked what you said and here is what it shows:

• Xbox.com : 6 years (wrong number)
• Xbox App: 6 years (wrong number)
• Xbox One: 6 years (wrong number)
• Xbox 360: 7 years (correct!)

So it only appears correctly on Xbox 360! I tried removing and redownloading my profile on Xbox One but it still won't change :/

The Xbox 360 will display all tenure you've had including Xbox Live Silver and Xbox Live Gold, where as the Xbox One, Xbox App and Xbox.com will show only time where you've spent as a Gold member. So that's why you're seeing a gap,
it's probably not a year exactly, but sometimes it takes a little bit of time to update. I hope that helps to explain it!

I've only been a gold member. My gold has never expired so that's not the case. So the only thing you're suggesting is to wait ?

 

At this point yes, because it can take time to update on the other devices. So while you may be at 7 Years as a Gold member, sometimes the other devices take some time for this to reflect.
