My tenure disappeared on Xbox One console.

I check it and it's always there. I've been checking lately as I should have moved to 8 years this month. Now its gone but I can see my friends tenure. I didn't have a lapse in my membership either. Anyone else have this issue? I noticed it 2 days ago. I
last checked about 4 days ago and it was there. I do not have a 360 to check.

Xbox live Tenure missing

I am having the same issue. Xbox One tenure disappeared since I last checked. But Xbox 360 shows it correctly.

Microsoft Support confirmed that my tenure is still valid and correct on my account. It just not displaying on Xbox One correctly, for some unknown reason & their engineers are aware of the issue.

And yes I have a valid gold membership.

My 10 years tenure still shows on my 360 but it is missing off the xbox one.

Sorry to hear about the missing tenure! I recommend checking
commerce.microsoft.com to make sure there isn't any lapse in your membership in the last few months. If there was an extended period when you were not a gold member, the tenure will take a full billing cycle after you put Gold back on your account to update
to the proper tenure.

Check that page and check your tenure after this next billing cycle to see if the time is properly showing!

 

Hi, thanks for the reply. I just checked and there was no lapse. I knew that already, but I checked anyway. I always buy a new prepaid card 2 months before it runs out. I'm 100%$ sure it didn't lapse. I'm not sure why it's gone. I did cancel my EA Access
a few months back so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

 

Just to make sure everything is good, I recommend contacting our chat or phone support agents through our Contact Us page so they can confirm that there hasn't been a lapse

I chatted with MS support, thanks for the advice. They said my tenure was not showing on their end either. They said it's possible that it is updating and it could take a few days. They said they've created a report about it so it can be looked into. Thy
also suggested I make a forum post here about it which I already have.

He didn't say anything about my subscription lapsing and I forgot to ask, but I'm sure he would have said so if it did. I'm extremely confident it didn't.

Anyway, thanks for your help. I'll post here once it's resolved.

 

I was looking closly at the transactions and there are a lot of the below "Microsofy account credit" that were never there before. They are all €.0.00 but I'm not sure what they mean. Maybe they are when I top up my account which I do regularly.

Hi, it's been checked and there was no lapse. I was due to change from 7 years to 8 right at the same exact time it disappeared from my profile. Hopefully it's just taking a while to update. It just straight up vanished.

 

Okay, I just got of with support a 3rd time. There was definitely no lapse in my membership. They are thinking the latest update wiped it from my account. She was checking with your technical team and they do not think it will come back. They said if I'd
like to see it come back, make a post in the wishlist/feedback section. They're not convinced I'll get it back.

I changed regions in 2013 just before the One came out. It was at 6 years. In March 2014 it went to 7 years like it should have with no issues well after the region was changed. It's just that this March it went haywire.

I know it's a petty thing, but it still kind of annoys me to be honest. The strange thing is I can't even restart from 1. They said the tenure stat was completely removed from my account and they're not 100% sure why.

At least now there is no panic to keep renewing my account on time lol. I can at least see the bright side.

Let's hold out until the next full billing cycle to see if your tenure will automatically adjust itself back. Check your tenure around mid April and post back to let us know if it corrects itself!

My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

 

I turned on my console yesterday and my tenure was back at 8. I was checking everyday. Thanks for the advice to wait.
