    My tenure disappeared on my xbox one profile


    My tenure has not expired in 3 years. it showed the tenure about 2 weeks ago. i am part of the beta program i dont know if that maybe one of the new updates did something to it, but when i sign on my 360 my enture still exist but on the xbox one its gone.
    anyone know how to fix this? i called xbox and they didnt have a solution.

    My tenure disappeared on Xbox One console.

    My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

    Tenure not showing on Xbox One but is on Xbox 360...

    I am having the same problem today. My tenure has disappeared from my Xbox One profile, but it displays correctly on my Xbox 360.

    I've tried deleting and re-adding my profile, resetting Xbox One & checked my privacy settings.

    Microsoft Support please help!

    Go to the preview forums find The Wee Bear he had the same problem you will find him on page 12 or 14.

    I'm sure it's just a bug in the system. They will get it fixed soon, I'm sure.
