    My system keeps crashing


    This console is too expensive to be having issues like I’m experiencing. Madden 22 and NBA 2k22 are practically unplayable because they cause my console to crash. I was told that there would be a fix and here we are weeks later and my console still crashes. ****

    Please try this On your Xbox, please go to Settings - tv and display options - set the resolution to 1080 - under Advanced to the right click on video modes - uncheck Allow 4K and HDR10. Then restart your console and launch the game.

    Perform a hard reset like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    the results.

    If the power cycle that Genesis described does not work then you may need to try a factory reset on the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to reinstall them.

    Also, if you aren't already, an ethernet connection from your modem to your console is always the best way to go.

    I bought this game earlier tonight and I keep getting the same crashes. Where the whole one x shut down and I have to walk over and press the power button. I've never had any game crash so hard it shuts down my system
