my system crashing

Every time i try to play overwatch myscreen will freeze up, the game stops cooperating and i get kicked out of the match. It has happened too much and im tired of being penalized for things i havent even done. This same problem has also happened to me while
playing battlefield 1 and rainbow 6 siege. Im not entirely sure if its my xbox or if it's my internet. My internet is perfect downloading and uploading and my games run smooth until everythingcrashes. If you may know what the problem is then please help.

Just came here to report it's crashing my system.

 

Xbox 360 S Console Keeps Freezing.

I am having a problem where my Xbox will work normally and then crashing (screen freeze), forcing me to turn off my console.

I empty the system cache memory but there is no guarantee that will stop it from crashing. I had to stop playing Dynasty Warriors 8 because i couldn't play it without crashing constantly playing that game.

 

Perform a hard reset like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
the results.

If the power cycle that Genesis described does not work then you may need to try a factory reset on the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to reinstall them.

Also, if you aren't already, an ethernet connection from your modem to your console is always the best way to go.
