    Hello

    I have had a Halo 5 Guardians XB1 since 2016, my 9th b-day,my mom got it for me,i have had syncing problems since i got it,like the button wont work,and the controller randomly disconnecting from the console.I have solved these problems by looking stuff
    up on youtube,and the internet.But today,the sync button wont work.No matter how much i try,its not working.I dont have enough money to buy a new one,or to repair it, i don't know what to do. Microsoft,please help me.

    Sync button not working

    Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    First try a power cycle by turning off the console and unplug it from the wall. Let it sit for about 2 minutes and then turn it back on.

    If that doesn't work then it will have to be a hardware issue and you'll need to have the console repaired. You can see more on that here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

    Sync button not working

    Hello TrentonRichey,

    Try to turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and check again!

    Dismantled console for cleaning now pad wont synch

    Additional info:

    Tried using the sync button on the pad (next to the bumper) and the sync button on the console itself (next to the button to turn it on). Pressing the sync button on the pad and console together just caused the lights on the console to spin for a few seconds
    before it just goes back to the central light lit up, the pad still wont connect.

    my xbox update was stopped.

    No!i wont connect more than one controller with my Xbox.if i will press the sync button on my Xbox the lights will spin around for sometime then it will stop.but if i press the sync button on both things then it will stop and just flash on the console and
    controller.But the console will turn on by pressing the guide button on the controller.i also changed the batteries.please help me am in big trouble.
