My switch won't log in to my Microsoft.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble signing in. After signing in via remote connect, when you check in-game the account is still not signed in, correct? Please do try to clear the cache on your Switch and see if that will help with the login issue.

1. Select System Settings from the HOME Menu.

2. Scroll down and select System.

3. Scroll down again, and select Formatting Options.

3. Select Reset Cache.

4. Select the user that you wish to clear cached data for, and then select Reset to confirm.

After this, please restart your Switch and then launch Minecraft. Please try to sign in and see if the issue will persist.

We are having the same issue with my son's switch. Usually it won't stay logged in (which is frustrating enough) but today it will not log in at all!

are switches assigned to your account or xbox? when i log in on the new system, won't that count as a switch since it will be trying to set it as my home xbox? then, i remove the old one from my account. Now, when I try to go on the xbox I am sharing
with, do I need to set that as the home xbox to my new console? Will any of this count as a switch?

Thanks for the help, I'm trying to log into my original account but it won't let me because I don't have the e-mail or the password despite the fact that I never switched e-mails. I can't move Tchapman15 to my current e-mail if I can't log into it at all.

I previously had Minecraft on a xbox 1 and was logged into my Microsoft account on xbox. However, I have now switched to ps4 and it will not let me sign in because my account is logged onto my xbox, how can I fix this?
