    My account was given two suspensions for "Bullying & harassment" & "Voice communication". These suspensions finished on the 6th of December. I was given a nasty shock as I went on to find it say my account was unable to use communications due to a
    suspension. I then went to see if I had any active suspensions but I had no active suspensions. I would like some help cause I have no idea what is wrong with my account. Could I please get a reply cause it has effected my competitive rank in games due to
    a lack of communication.

    account suspension restricting xbox live subscription sharing

    I recently received a communications suspension and a harassment and threatening suspension. The communications suspension is justified and I know why i received it but i do not know why i received the harassment suspension as I couldn't harass anyone after
    the communications suspension due to me not being able to communicate with other players. Also i did not participate in any misconduct other than the instant which validated the communications suspension. The harassment suspension has put a restriction on
    sharing my live subscription with other accounts on the console. I was just hoping that this restriction could be lifted as i do not want to be the reason why other people can't enjoy the console.

    Enforement Suspension Not really ended

    My Communication and Harassment Suspensions were supposed to end on the 11th and 12th (yesterday and the day before) and I still am not able to send messages or talk in parties because Enforcement "extended" the date with a console ban past the original
    suspension date on the enforcement page which was originally the 11th and the 12th, now I can't communicate with my friends until the 28th.

    If you don't have any active suspensions, then remove your account from the Xbox console, hard reset it by holding down the power button from on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds.

    Then restart the Xbox and add your account back and try again.

    I have tried this at least three times and every time there has been no change and it still says I can't use comunication features.

    Next thing to try and run a console reset

    Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > RESET AND KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS

    call support and see if there is an active suspension and yes 100 day suspensions are extensions which can't be viewed or appealed but support will be able to see it

    Then restart the Xbox and add your account back and try again.
