There is no way to shorten a suspension.

Try removing the account from the console, power cycle, then re-add the account. See if that clear up the issue.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support
offer assistance.

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Code of Conductonly.)

Yes i can if the mistake from the company causes misfortune for its customers. And sadly thats the stupidest thing i have heard from you. Second, the website for enforcement only said the following

Sharing Kinect Content

Sharing to Social media

Text and Voice communications

Broadcasting

Editing Xbox profile, gamerpic, & club content

now what part says the whole account?
