My suspension was not lifted. (error code 8015190E)

My gamertag is ,

I kept disconnecting from xbox live for a couple months now, and when I try to reconnect, I keep getting the error code 8015190E. I called support, and after 30 minutes, they found the problem. My suspension from 3 months ago was never lifted! Can you please
lift my suspension and fix this issue?

I've never seen error code 8015190E being related to an account suspension.

 

The block could have been initiated by support as well, possibly for billing issues.

Check commerce.microsoft.com to see if there are any billing issues with your account. If there are then you would need to contact phone support for more assistance.

They don't just ignore people. If they don't respond to your post they'll send a message to the email address associated with your account.

 

Ok when i posted the forum, it said I would receive an email if they accepted it or responded to it if my email allows it. How do i know if my I will receive an email from them?

 

You check your email address. Be sure to keep an eye on your spam/junk folders as well just in case
