My suspension was caused by a provoking kid

So, the situation happened like so. I play playground on this game named Fortnite , I get matched up with these three kids. As the match goes on I’m constantly killing them which apparently, gives those kids a right to provoke me by calling me names such
as “noob”, or “you suck”. Sure, moderator, I could’ve just ignored these kids and went on with my life, but when some ignorant kid starts provoking me, I tell hill something. So this kid, whose xbox name is aljmoney1106, tells me to “enjoy noob”, I tell him
facts by stating the kill feed. He continues, which made me say harsh things. So if this explanation, can decrease my suspension time, please do.

You should know by now that naming and shaming is not allowed in the forums

It doesnt matter how a situation starts (even if you were provoked). If you respond in a way that breaks the rules (which you did) then you can also be suspended. So they wont be likely to remove your suspension.

Thats why its best in these situations to not respond to the other persons bait (they are literally baiting you into saying something against the rules just so they have a valid legitimate reason to report you) and simply block and report them. This way they get suspended and you get to continue on your merry way without any suspensions and you get to have the last laugh.

Ok good to know, I understand fully why it happened on my end. Still ashamed that you can provoke, call someone a bum, and use outlandish cuss words such as [mod removed] but be within the guidelines. Can only learn from it. Thanks

You can't do that. If you had reported them, the enforcement team will investigate them as well and take the appropriate actions. In situations like that, it's always best to just report and block instead of responding.

An instant ban can typically be because profanity was used and found through a filter. It wouldn't be abuse by anyone.
