My suspension not being justified

Hello all, this is my first time asking a question here but I NEED help, so recently I got an enforcement notice about a "looking for group" post and it was a misunderstanding, I'm am reaching out to ask why does it say permanent on Xbox but a 7 day suspension on the website, keep in mind this is my 3rd enforcement in 10 years, as well who can I talk to, the support does not load and no-one so far can help.

ok, it says 7 days so i assume its only a week or hopefully shorter since i submitted a case review, but thank you.

As stated above, you woulf need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review.

ok, i hope so, thank you for responding, it just happened unexpectedly and I tried reaching out for help etc, at the moment the duration is only a week, i just hope it can be shortened, but once again thank you.
