My suspension is over but still on

i beat someone in a game and the guy messaged me, causing trouble, he ended up reporting me even thou he started it... i got suspended from texting and party chat, the ban was said to be lifted at a specific time, the time past and its been a while, and
im still suspended, even on notifications it says the date, but that date and time has past, and im still suspended, please help

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.

Give your Xbox a power cycle.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to use the social features now.

My Suspension is over but i still can’t play

so i got banned 2 weeks ago for nudity and sexual content for 2 weeks and it’s over now but now the ban is supposed to be over today i still can’t communicate or play multiplayer games it would help a lot if i can know what’s going on

Hi, I'd recommend trying the following three steps:

1. Check your enforcement status at https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to make sure that you have no additional enforcement actions on your account.

2. Try a power cycle of your console. For instructions on how to do a power cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

3. Try removing and then re-adding your profile. Note that you'll need to make sure you know the email and password associated with your account to do this. For instructions: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

If none of those work, I'd try reaching out to the Official Xbox Support team at Contact Us | Xbox Support

Thanks for the suggestion but I already did all of that on Saturday. Still have a suspension and since it’s 24 hours I can’t submit a case review.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.
