    My Suspension is over but i still can’t play


    so i got banned 2 weeks ago for nudity and sexual content for 2 weeks and it’s over now but now the ban is supposed to be over today i still can’t communicate or play multiplayer games it would help a lot if i can know what’s going on

    well I came back from work and my brother told me that he played on my Xbox and it said he couldn’t play online anymore ON MY ACCOUNT. I looked more into it and it said I was suspended for CHEATING. I asked my brother if he knew about it. (REMINDER: HE JUST
    GOT OUT OF PRISON LATE 2017 so he doesn’t KNOW ABOUT CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS 2 MODS) he told me he joined a game and something was weird. He said “when he got a kill he got a bunch of points and had all of his score streaks” he said he thought it was just a
    part of the game mode. My suspension was supposed to end JANUARY 11, 2018 At 1:21:03 PM. It is now January’s 11th and the time is 2:06 Pm why can’t I get back online. I’m a already mad that i was suspended from something that I could not help. I am using an

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    Sorry to hear it. It would be best to create an account for your brother instead of letting him play on yours to prevent this from happening in the future. As for the suspension issue itself, you could try deleting then redownloading your account to see
    if that helps. Otherwise you'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to see if there's another enforcement on the account.

    Hi, I'd recommend trying the following three steps:

    1. Check your enforcement status at https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to make sure that you have no additional enforcement actions on your account.

    2. Try a power cycle of your console. For instructions on how to do a power cycle: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    3. Try removing and then re-adding your profile. Note that you'll need to make sure you know the email and password associated with your account to do this. For instructions: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    If none of those work, I'd try reaching out to the Official Xbox Support team at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
