    My suspension is over but I am still unable to play or chat with other players


    I was banned on January first 2018. I was unable to communicate with other players on my account. Next day I see that I cant even play online anymore. Im not sure if this is a glitch or not but after calling xbox support they said that this was an issue
    and shouldnt have happened. I then tried to talk to xbox enforcment about the issue and they upheld the decision. My ban is now over and I can message people on my account from my computer. While on my xbox though I cannot do this or play multiplayer. My ban
    was supposed to end January 14th 2018 at 11:47:03 pm. It is now 2:00 am the next day and I am still banned. If anyone has any information on what to do or how to help please contact me.

    Unable to use party chat

    So I was recently suspended for a week for inappropriate use of communication. My suspension is over but I am still unable to use party chat. I can join parties, hear my friends, but my friends cant hear me. The problem is with my account because when I
    signed onto another account I could be heard. So its like they didn't fully remove my suspension even though it is over. Please help me.

    A separate question here is, though, is the rep linked to chat? I can no longer socially interact with other players or play on player-created maps such as on Halo, and I've learned my lesson but I still cannot chat.

    Hi

    Can you please try and carry out a hard reset on the console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds. If after this you still cannot play multiplayer games can you try removing your profile from the console carry
    out another hard reset then re install your profile to the console.

    Also please be aware that if you have multiple profiles on a console that you should also check the Xbox Enforcement web site for these profiles just in case these profiles have enforcement actions against them that are preventing you from playing multiplater
    games.

    My 2 week console ban on communicating and online multiplayer should've veen lifted but it hasnt.

    I had a communications suspension that ended over two months ago but I am still unable to talk/hear other people in party chat. I have tried countless times to troubleshoot and fix this issue on my own I have had hours of phone calls with support and no
    one has been able to help me with this issue. Please try and solve this I am very tired of being unable to do anything with my friends.

    I was suspended from chat and message and its over yet i still cant chat or message

    I am having the same problem, had my first suspension this past week after dude told me he would report me and get all his buddies to do so simply because I killed him in a game. After my 24 hour suspension was up though I am still unable to use Party chat.
    Hopefully Microsoft will address this issue soon instead of referring my back to Enforcement.Xbox.com

    Specific reason for enforcement?

    Enforcement does not give you the exact reason or transcripts of why they suspended the account other than the standard, boilerplate category descriptor.

    I can tell you that "communications suspensions" are commonly issued for profanity over Xbox messages to other people, or over the mic during game matches. During the suspension, all methods of communicating with other players are disabled, but the account
    should still have access to playing multiplayer games.

    did you ever get the issue resolved? I think they know whats going on. They have probably broken our xbox's. This is so fustrating. It's been 2 weeks without communication, they better give me a new xbox. This is bull crap
