My suspension has been lifted but still can hear or talk in parties its a complete joke

My suspension was suppose to be lifted on 12/6/2015 6:49pm eastern time and has not been lifted yet. It was a communication suspension and I can't talk in party's at all. Can you help?

my ban has already been lifted, it was only 24 hours. i can talk in party chat and message again its just cold war still think im banned

my ban has been lifted on xbox one. my friends still can't hear me in party chat or games.The bubble moves when i talk but none can hear me since the ban has been lifted. i think there might have been a problem on your end when the ban was lifted. i didn't
have this promblem prior to the ban. I have called xbox one support and they have had me do everything to try and fix the promblem. please fix this .

It's been a week after my suspension and still can't talk to people. I paid for services that I'm not getting. Xbox Live Enforement Team is a complete joke.

I've talked to 3 support speakers and all they can say is "wait 24 hours", Xbox how about fix your service or not even suspend people because you can't properly unsuspend them. On behalf of everyone this happens to it's ridiculous and should not have to
go through this.
