I have a temporary console ban, i have not been sent a enforcement saying until when or a link regarding the status of the ban, my last enforcement lifted yesterday and i still cannot play online games or chat in parties with my friends, what do i do?

Suspension has been lifted but still have all the reprocautions

I just recently have had a multiplayer and communication suspension lifted and although now I can play online I still can not talk or send messages and it's not only on my account but any account I sign into on my Xbox

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re-adding the account to see if that clears up the issue.

Also be sure that there is no further suspensions on the account at enforcement.xbox.com

You know as well as me that i cant talk to them if the button does not appear. So I really have nothing to do and that is crazy. My suspension is over and my account even works on the app. Again, thats crazy

My suspension was suppose to be lifted on 12/6/2015 6:49pm eastern time and has not been lifted yet. It was a communication suspension and I can't talk in party's at all. Can you help?

I have the same problem. I got a communication suspension on my 360 (which has now been lifted) but it still partially affects my Xbox one like you. Hopefully there is an easy fix to this because i'm getting sick of not being able to talk to my friends over
the holidays.

If he has been suspended, you would need to wait for his suspension to be lifted.
