I got suspension for freedom of speech and I carnt Apel the suspension and tell them that I shouldn't be suspended can someone plz help me

Free speech is the the new hate speech! This video is about social media censorship but it's very applicable to xboxlive's approach to punishing us for speaking freely.

I say if I am in a private party chat I shouldn't be able to be reported for communications. I am not the property of microsoft; they work for us not the other way around.

As an merican company they are obligated to protect our freedom of speech... WHAT DID THE SOLDIERS DIE FOR? OUR FREEDOMS? GOOD JOB MICROSOFT; YOU SOILED THE MEMORY OF ALL THE DEAD SOLDIERS... GOOD JOB I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT.

While, the U.S., is a free country, freedom of speech only covers what the government can and cannot restrict it's citizens from saying. Private organizations can put restrictions on what is permitted on their services. Live is a private service which users
can choose to sign up for and utilize. When you signed up for this service you agreed to their code of conduct which is a legally binding contract and they have the right to enforce this agreement through the use of account bans.
