    I canceled my old (méxico) credit card and can not pay the suscrption

    Hi, i canceled my credit card from México. Now i live in Spain, and can not change the suscription, trasnfer my account to spain.

    I also did bougth a new suscription and i can not use it.

    Please remember, i canceled my credit card, the one in the "old/blocked/can't do anything suscription"

    Please help!

    Error getting access ingame gold features with active suscription

    Hello,

    I have an active live gold suscription, 1 week ago.

    I was playing to Destiny 2 gold suscription features like playing crucible or strike matchmaking but yesterday it appear disabled to me asking me to buy new gold suscription.

    I already do this things with no solution:

    - Reset my xbox

    - Switch to another profile

    - Reset my internet network

    - Check my suscriptions on my xbox (seems ok)

    - Check my suscriptions on xbox web (seems ok)

    - Asked on reddit, discord, bungie forum, twitter ... and got no solution

    Already have no solution and I think there is a problem with my account or something.

    Could you please...

    - ¿Check my xbox live gold suscription?

    - ¿Check with Bungie that my account is fine?

    Means that this account does not have an active suscription you probably have the suscription in a different account and this one its able to share it

    Are you using the same account on the Xbox One X or you are using an account that is sharing the suscription from the account that you are using in the Series X?

    If you are sharing suscription, Xcloud works only on the account that has the suscription active

    You can change your suscription to Xbox live Gold or not have any suscription active as Fortnite is a free to play game so it doesn't require a suscription active, and you won't lose any content already available in your account

    When you get a suscription trough a third party provider, they are the ones that can cancel the suscription, if in the system says that your suscription ends until that date means it has already been pay until that date, you probably had a Gold suscription previously that got converted, but if you already cancelled trough the third party then you only need to wait until the date it's showing you that will end
