    I keep trying to renew my subscription on minecraft for a realm I already have and everytime I renew it it starts another one. I tried to request a call but keep getting denied.

    Has this happened recently? Are there any recent changes on your PC?

    Can you check on the Xbox website and sign in to your account? See if your Xbox Pass is active.

    In the meantime, please try logging out of your Xbox app, then restarting your PC. Try to sign in again. Make sure t

    If it does not work, Repair and reset the Xbox app and MS Store.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox > Advanced options > Repair, then Reset. Do this with the MS Store.
