my subscription is saying it has expired but I still have 2 and 1/2 months left on what i paid ...

Im having the same issue. My subscription is supposed to run out on the 1/2/2019 (from the portal). However when i check the status on my account it says that my 3 month subscription has expired on the sometime in feb 2018.

What gives? Has an update reset some setting on the xbox??

I have the same issue and what you said didn’t resolve it.. I have paid for it already but the subscription says will expire 22 feb it’s already 2 March .. and when I try and join it says I already have it

Are you saying that your Xbox Live Gold expired, then you added a 3 month card to your account?

If so, then you would have been removed because your Gold expired.

Yes, my subscription (2 years xbox live has expired), while I resume one (3 months), there was a span of 2 weeks: s, but the impossible to return

When your Gold expired, you were removed from the program.

Trials cannot be added onto an existing subscription. If your friend has a week left but doesnt get paid for 2 weeks, he will need to wait until his sub runs out to use the trial. You can stack up to 3 years of gold subscriptions as long as they are 1 month,
3 months or a year
