My stepdad passed how can I access his profile

I dont know how to access my modem settings. You see, when I moved into my stepdads house with my mom, it was already set up.

No but neither are my friends and my stepdad has the update ans he barely even is on his xbox

You can have your stepdad make your xbox is home xbox. His live account will be active on your xbox and give you access to most of his games and his gold account. He will still be able to log into his xbox. If he is worried about you messing with his account
he can always password protect it on your xbox.

On my xbox, i have 2 profiles. I use one and he uses the other. I recently upgraded to game pass ultimate so that we both can use this service. My profile is the main account and his profile is what he uses on his pc and sometimes on my xbox. How can I link these profiles to share the game pass ultimate? Both profiles have different emails.
