My status settings

Why is there no A.F.K. status setting so when I leave for a bit and something is downloading, I could set AFK yes I know there is dnd but seems cold and impersonal. AFK says you're important enough to let know i'm away on my profile and if i'm invited
to party it will respond "this player is AFK please try later". Just a thought, happy gaming.

Xbox One Friends Online Notifications

I think I know what the problem is with the lack of friend notifications.

I noticed that when I first visited my profile on the X1 my status was set to offline without me having set it to this myself, so assuming this is set by default for everybody, no one will get notifications unless you change your status to online.

Online status is not a persistent setting on the 360 and you have to set it first before you sign in to your Gamertag to get the desired behaviour.

Infinity Ward ether needs to disable the tactical insertion or ban it.

you can change your privacy settings to online status friends only

on xbox.com click my account then online safety settings look for online status click friends only

There's currently a Do Not Disturb option now. That's what I've seen people use for times like that.

No my status isn't set to offline and I haven't done anything wierd to my settings.

or anyone anyone to a game yet, nor do I really have much any idea what DLC is supposed to be available; I got both LE and LE Halo 4 Xbox 360 consoles, and I know there were a lot of bonuses with LE anda couple with standard.
