    Hey hopefully someone can help me here, I have a problem, I try to put my credit card to the
    Xbox One and I do every single steps to put it on, but when I am on
    State part, I try to find "Puerto Rico" or "PR" as short but is not there; So I am little frustrated about it and hopefully I get some help around here. Thanks.

    Bought border lands dlc, but an error code came up and still took my money

    Topic states my problem! its not in my download history but it took my money and the dlc pack i bought is nowhere to be found

    new computer n past star club accomplishments

    Hi there. I recently got a new computer, got it all hooked up, found that my xbox profile loaded (EnlistedBroom05) but all my past stats, star club completed games, etc., did not transfer over. Can you link my previous profile stats to my new computer?

    billing information     through the web version first? If you have and you're still seeing issues, we recommend reaching out to
    phone or chat support.

    This isn't a "black screen" issue, my TV is stating "No Signal Found" such as it would if the TV box was off.

    Again, my Vizio TV is displaying "No Signal Found" box.
