    Using Vmoda Boom Mic with Beats Solo 2

    I recently bought a V Moda Boom Mic to attach to my Beats Solo 2 Wireless Headphones to use as a gaming headset. After connecting everything through the Mic Adapter on my controller, I can hear gameplay from the headphones just fine but the microphone wont
    register anything. I made sure all of the buttons are not muted, just wondering if anyone else had the same problem.

    Xbox Online Service Center wont let me register my Stero headset for repair

    It wont let me register my Stero headset for repair.

    I bought it a couple months ago and now it headset is broken and im looking to get it repaired.

    The serial number is: [Mod Removed] and it says "Unable to register this device. The serial number is not valid."

    Make sure the mics assigned to the controller. Go to settings then accessories. Also make sure the controller is updated.

    I'm on my second stereo headset. The mic was the first thing to go on the first. How long have you had it?

    Make sure the mics assigned to the controller. Go to settings then accessories. Also make sure the controller is updated.

    Connection issues and mic not working randomly after using Gamebar.

    One other thing to note is that my Xbox wont pic up my headset's mic / audio what so ever, so even if I'm in a party by my self, It's not registering me as speaking.

    Headphone jack quit working again.

    It didn’t get dropped and then stop working though, it was sitting on my counter as I was standing next to it. Was in the middle of a sentence when I grabbed the controller and then click mic stopped working and does crackly stuff when I move the port around and yes it is loose but wasn’t like that before. I don’t have the small tools to pull this thing apart and try to fix it. The port works, I registers my headset hooked up but doesn’t register a working mic, even though the headset is also a brand new rig headset. Made sure the headset isn’t what’s wrong

    It doesnt rlly help tho i was able to hear myself through putting the mic monitoring up which means my mic is picking up my sound however it doesnt change the fact that my sound wont register in party chat
