My star vip level won't go up!??!

hi all iv been purchasing a lot over the past couple of months and every time iv check my vip level I'm on 90% and it won't budge is there anyway someone can tell me I'm close or has something happened??

My xbox rewards vip star did not go up after spend $100 promotion

You had a promotion for Xbox Rewards a little while ago and it was to spend $100 and go up a VIP star. Well, I was VIP star Level 2 before, still am now. Please fix this and move me to VIP level star 3. I spent the required amount, I made sure of this,
and double checked to make sure I was taking tax off my calculations and I still made the amount.

You'll want to repost this in the support section of the forum in order for support to check into your account, but keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders, and hardware are not eligible for VIP. So those purchases would not have made your star level go up.

As of September 2014, VIP status is no longer based on gamerscore (btw, legend status only have 3% back). VIP status is now based on star levels. You need at least 1 star level in order to receive a VIP rebate.

Achievement lelevls only update once a month, at the beginning of the month. So if you got to 3,000 gamerscore after April 1, you won't see it update until May. Keep in mind that this is not the same as your VIP level. VIP is based on star levels and is
based on how much you spend each year on the marketplace.
