    My star VIP circle not filling up


    So I've purchased Movies and Membership here recently through my Xbox. My star VIP circle isn't filling in, seems like its been at the same portion even beforehand of the purchasing of the movies and my most recent membership purchase yesterday. I feel like
    it should be almost completely filled out to where being a gold subscription member I would be able to earn 2% back. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing about how to fix this issue.

    XBL rewards show wrong vip stars

    last year i had vip 3stars iv spent well over 900$ an my vip aint going up now this year it shows 1 star vip

    i had an offer to climb 1 star in vip star rank.i made qualifying purchases and i have still not gone up 1 star. what happened?

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.

    If so, then why does it fill the circle on my personal stuff, but not the public's view? On the Xbox One dashboard, on xbox.com it fills the circle. On Xbox.com it doesn't. They need to fix it!

    I'm having the same problem; all of a sudden my VIP rank went from 66% of the way to 5 stars as a 4-star, to 91% of the way to 4 stars as a 3-star.
