Discus and support my star rank just reset and my purchases i have not got any points back for in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I ordered infinite warfare and battlefield one and got no points for them it has been over a month and my star rank has reset for some reason...     I ordered infinite warfare and battlefield one and got no points for them it has been over a month and my star rank has reset for some reason

    My star rank got reset! My purchases are not registering!

    I have made numerous purchases in December on the Xbox marketplace that have not been registered for my star rank and rewards program. I was almost to a five star rank. After this recent update my star rank got reset to a 4 star and I still have not received
    any reward points for my purchases. Very disappointed

    My star rank got reset! My purchases are not registering!

    I received numerous gift cards and credits over the holidays. I used them for the Xbox market placed and got my star rank to almost 5 stars. After this update my star rank got reset to Four star and none of my purchases registered. Very disappointed.
