    Today I went into my account to invite a friend to use live gold and I realized that my account was zeroed, my star level, my points and my history, everything disappeared, I looked deeper and I saw that I should wait two days to Enter the program, I was
    part of the time, and I did not ask to leave, I went in my email to see if there was any confirmation of output and there is nothing, so this request really never happened, I would very much like you to evaluate And deovlver my points so that I can invite
    my friend to live in gold

    Xbox Video License/Policy Issue.

    I back everything up on flash drives. So as long as my 360 stays alive, I guess I'll be ok for now. Anything you purchased with MS points will disappear on your history after a year.

    I back everything up on flash drives. So as long as my 360 stays alive, I guess I'll be ok for now. Anything you purchased with MS points will disappear on your history after a year.

    In a previous, now deleted comment, I mentioned my achievements/game history disappeared again, but it's back now. It seems to be an on and off thing, as some people mentioned that theirs disappear and then reappear again.

    I'm just gonna play games, and be on the lookout if my achievements/game history disappears again.

    In the past that was never the case. Looking back at my history, I spent a lot of cash last Feb, yet my deposit was showing for pending at the end of that month and I got my credit on 3/8. I'd like to try and work myself back up to the 5 star VIP level (August
    should have pushed me to 4)I was at one point, and this doesn't exactly motivate me to try if it no longer gives me credit on purchases......
