My sound is low when i turn on my controller for the second time!

The second one you mentioned where lights 1 and 4 blink alternatively with 2 and 3 is the warning for the controller battery being low, as for the first one I only get that when I first turn the controller on and wakes up the console and then
when my profile signs in.

I would love for it to have its own volume control. I have the opposite problem from you. My TV volume is so low when I do not turn on my surround sound system. I have to crank up the volume on the TV all of the way to just be able to hear the tv show
that I am watching.

Well I'm not sure if this is useful or not but here it goes:

I own a RCA Kevlar sound system (old but really great sound)

I hooked it up to my TV and tried to get it to work through the xbox.

The first code muted the system and the volume worked, When I turned the Xbox off, so did my sound system.

However, when I turned everything back on it would switch to AM radio. So annoying.

I attempted the audio device setup on xbox again, skipped the first code this time as well as the second one (didn't work)

The third once again muted and controlled the volume. This time the xbox couldn't turn the receiver off though.

After ripping my hair out, I realized that I never turned on the toggle setting for the audio device. Once I did that it worked like a charm. Stays on AUX with the second code that worked. The first one that worked was turning my sound system on and off
without the toggle being on.

My advice would be to select "no" the first time it asks if the mute function worked, even if it does. Try to see if another code will work and make sure you have the toggle on.

@DemonslayerSara: The overhead fight titles are probably only working in ranked because the other person has to be blocking low while you hit them with the overhead. Against CPU or Player vs. Player (leaving a second controller with no one playing) won't
working most of the time because they aren't blocking low. I generally just use my fight stick as the second player, hold it down in the "blocking low position" and spam overhead on the other controller.

i've talked to tech support about it over the phone (an Indian sounding lady turned it off for me once, and another time a man directed me to the 'my account' feature on here to turn it off myself).. back when you could manually turn it off, i've turned
it off...i also turned chose the "off" option 3 days ago when i turned my xbox on and a notification popped up telling me that my subscription was about to expire this month

it seems like every time they update the dashboard, it turns itself back on

i've made sure that it was off around 10 times now when funds were low, and didn't have the money to be automatically drawn out of my account
