    my sons YouTube app on his xbox1 stopped working this morning. I've looked at forums online & this seems to be an occurring problem. I've uninstalled it & reinstalled it. Now it won't load! He's deleated lots of things so I know it's not the problem. My
    son only plays GTA, rob lox & watches YouTube on his console, so VERY FRUSTRATED at this happening!! Also purchased items on rob lox in the past & NEVER RECEIVED THEM!! could somebody please help me sort this issue out? Don't not want to restore factory settings
    as my son has spent upwards of £250 on GTA & I do not want to loose it. Many thanks

    Youtube app for 360 keeps having "Unknown error"

    I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. No luck. Internet works fine on all my devices (incluing my 360), and YouTube is fine on other devices. It simply stopped working on 360. It won't even give me options on the guide so I can try signing out of my
    account. Help!

    Blu-Ray "Installation stopped"

    My blu-Ray has been working great. I started up the console the other day, and suddenly it won't work, with the message "installation stopped". I uninstalled the blu-Ray app and tried reinstalling it. It downloads to 100%, then says "installation stopped".
    I did a factory reset, tried again, and again the same message. This is insane. What can I do to fix this?

    My son downloaded it june 9th. And is still playing it on his xbox1.

    I downloaded it june 13th. Mine stopped working.

    Xbox not loading any streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime)

    Me and my older brother have been having the same issues as well, the only streaming thing that works is YouTube but stuff like Disney and Netflix don't. We've also been having our games crash, and installing games is impossible. We've tried resetting the Xbox multiple times and trying different accounts, resetting the internet, clearing the cache, the only thing we haven't tried is uninstalling the apps that don't work because we know that we won't be able to reinstall it. This issue has been happening for around 2 weeks.

    Game/App Resume Fails

    For me this issue is stopped after uninstalling youtube completely shutting off the console pulling the power for a bit and restarting. It only occurs when youtube is reinstalled. XB support advises it's an issue with YouTube and can only be resolved with
    a future YouTube app update. For the time being I am removing the app from the Xbox One.
