My sons Xbox s gaming system won’t load games when he clicks on them with controller....

Updates might be able to help you load the game and we would like to know how this issue happened so we can help you further. To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we ask if you are using an Xbox Controller?
   
2. If yes, do you have issues updating this controller? How about connecting the controller to the Xbox Console?
   
3. Is the controller wired or wirelessly connected?
   
4. Did you see any error message or code? Please post a screenshot and conceal any personal information.
   
5. Is the console updated?

I have PX5's and they are brilliant, great for late night gaming instead of having my sound system on waking up the neighbours or when my son is online with his friends (he gets a bit loud) and i can still hear my game. You can hear sounds in games that
you don't normaly hear with my sound system. I got the PX5's as i can use them on my ps3 and 360.



I got my son the PX11's nearly a year ago and he really likes them, the only problem is when he charges the new silver with twist D pad wireless controller you can hear a slight buzz when he talks.

Thank you for the speedy reply. When the series x gets turned off, when turning it back on, it won’t let me play games online. The network connection is working and connected however I still have to reset the Xbox. My son plays fornite and when he try’s to start the game it keeps asking for a sign in then looks like it will load and then asks for a sign in again. Have also tried playing vanguard and still won’t work. The only fix I have found was to reset the machine and it will load all games but it’s a real pain. The Xbox is only 2 months old! Any help will be appreciated.

My son set up his V-bucks on his Xbox S series, but he listed it as an Xbox1. When I go to the second step with a code for Microsoft, it keeps spinning and won’t connect so I thought maybe it was because it’s not set up to the correct Xbox
