    My sons XBOX ONE S sparked and now wont turn on


    Hi

    My son has had his xbox since Christmas 2019. Today he had it on for 10 mins and we heard a bang and saw a spark.

    It now wont turn on. We then tried another power lead and it sparked again. Before this we have never had any issues with it.

    I am trying to speak to Microsoft UK customer service but have no details and it says they cant call me back on line.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello I'm Adam from the Xbox Ambassador Team,

    The reason it may have sparked is due to the xbox overheating causes the fans to move out of place and cutting the main power source wire causing a spark and wiping out the entire Xbox
    that is impossible if you have ever seen in an xbox.

    It may be the power source that's the problem. If it is still in warranty I would return it for repairing. Mine once sparked when I have touched it, without being turned on.
