    my autistic sons xbox one is his life last week it developed a startup fault and had to be reset when he set up the xbox originally he made up email details as a backup .ive spent 1 hour on the phone to xbox support and they got his gamer tag up but could
    not send the details to enable his profile to be sent to his xbox again they say as it was a made up email address,my son is utterly distressed by this nad I don't know what to do . I offered my email details and they wouldn't progress I'm begging anybody
    to help me on this matter best wishes michael

    Xbox One Hooked To Xbox 360 Question

    I bought a Xbox 1 for my son for Christmas and heard you can hook up a 360 to a Xbox 1 via hdmi input and play 360 games. My son plays Minecraft that he bought with gamer points on his 360.By hooking up the 360 to Xbox 1 will he be able to access the downloaded games from the 360,or is it just the ones you put in the dvd drive that will play. He plays his minecraft game every day so I hope it will work hooked up on the 1.If anyone has any info on this please let me know. Thanks and Merry Christmas to all....

    The only gamer tag (after pressing my the Xbox button) was my son's. We tried signing out of that and logging back in but upon loading Fortnite it went straight back to my daughter's player. My son has been logged into XBox live the whole time but when he
    was setting up Fortnite, my daughter stupidly put in her details, so it brought through all her friends/clubs etc

    We're still trying but nothing seems to be working
