My sons Xbox Live Enforcement

Not sure if this is the correct place to start this however my son is now on his 3rd 7 day enforcement. I challenged the 2nd one and simply got an upheld notice with no reason or evidence provided. All 3 times times the reason is 'This
account sent inappropriate messages or participated in inappropriate voice or text communications'

My son plays within earshot and only when we are in the house and we have never heard him swear or use inappropriate language (beyond the usual complaints between friends about play / the game). He also does not send any written messages other than invites
and confirming what game hew is playing.

How do we find out why he has been banned / what the evidence is a

a) If he has actually violated the T&C's then we would like to know so that we can address this in a more constructive manner than a 7 day communication ban

b) if, as we think, this is not the case, then why is it happening?

We would really appreciate any help on this as we are aware our child is far from perfect but this does not seem to fit the facts as we know them.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. Any information about the suspension would be listed on the enforcement site. http://enforcement.xbox.com

Please be advised that the Enforcement team does not ban an account without reason as posted under the

Myth section for enforcement.

Case Review.

You can also look through the messages on the account and see if there is anything inappropriate that was sent out.

To elaborate on Smwutches, I would say to thoroughly review the Enforcement Website. If you sign in with your child's account, it should have the details of the events that took place in the Enforcement History on that site.

The "How Do I?" section is like a very big FAQ on the program and what to expect and what happens with the process.

Not just the Terms of Service
are applicable, but also the
Code of Conduct plays a role in the Enforcement Teams action. The Enforcement Team does not have a presence on the Forums or via Offical Support. They can be reached through Case Reviews in the appeals process.

If you feel that there should be changes made to the Enforcement Process, then your feedback would be invited at
feedback.xbox.com where there are continually drives to submit and support new ideas.
