My sons gift cards both say inactive.

I get you want me to go to the retailer to fix this, just so your company knows CVS and others WILL NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM! They can't fix this problem. I know for a fact working in retail myself. This is a very common problem that your company needs to
fix!

Not digital codes. So didn't help. The cards say inactive. Already spoke to someone and said your site can't help and have to take back to the store they came from and have them reactivate them. They were a gift so i don't have a receipt.

These were gifts for my boys b-day. 2 $25 gift cards. Given to them by there grandmother. I don't know where or how she paid for them.

shouldnt always need the receipt, did you pay by card as the retail store can check their records.

If you have already contacted Walmart and they said they couldn't activate it, please give it 24 hours because inactive codes can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be activated. If it still hasn't been activated after 24 hours, you may want to try contacting Microsoft Xbox Support for further assistance.
