    Hello,

    Someone hijacked my sons xbox account, changed the email password, which now shows that the email doesn't exist, and the thief is playing on my sons account right now.

    How can we get the account back!

    accounts simply don't get hacked/cracked, usually the main reasons are sharing accounts to gameshare, using a very weak password with easy to guess security questions. this is why everyone should use 2FA but even that cannot help when people share accounts.

    Exactly that, doesn't hurt to check. But I would call the support number. I had a to use a different one that seemed to be in the UK. The number being: 0800 991 550. Just check to see if its the same for wherever you are mate.

    I don't own FIFA,either, so it wasn't that hack
