    my sons downloaded games keep freezing and going back to home page


    We've tried this but it doesn't work To solve this press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Settings. Select All Settings. Select System. Select Console info & updates there is a button to "Select Reset console." click it and it will present you with
    3 options: reset everything including games and apps; reset and keep my games and apps and cancel. Go ahead and click reset and keep my games and apps, it will keep all saved data on every game. And finally you need to just go back and reset up your Xbox
    with all your preferences and networks and such

    Any other ideas

    Unable to launch battlefield hardline

    Recently had the new home experience update. Downloaded battlefield hardline and my console won't launch the game, it will just keep going back to the home screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

    I keep clearing my cache and it keeps trying to automatically update the game and when I cancel it takes me back to my home screen my sons downloaded games keep freezing and going back to home page :(

    My son is going crazy as he's dying to play it.

    How do I do this? I want to share a game with other members of my family that use different Xbox consoles

    My oldest son has his own console, his own login, and his own xbox live.

    My youngest son has his own console, his own login, and his own xbox live.

    The game should belong to my oldest son.

    So how does this work? Do I want my youngest son's console to be the home console? Then when logged in as my oldest son on the home (youngest son's)console, download the game to the youngest son's console? Then let my oldest son go back to his console
    and have him download the game to that console too?

    Then would my oldest be able to play his game on his own console (not the home console) with my youngest son also playing it on a different (home)console, with each kid logged in as themself?

    I have the same problem I followed the above steps and still no luck it keeps saying cannot download carnival games then takes me back to the home page I've tried clearing my cache and re downloading but the file keeps downloading as a corrupt file anyone
    got any tips for me please?

    Cant purchase anything off the store

    It won't even load the page on my xbox, it just freezes, no error code no nothing. I have to back out to the home screen.

    Download But Can't Get Pass Loading Screen?

    I'm having the same issue with battle field 4 and forza 5 keeps kicking me back to the home page.

    With Forza I uninstalled it, powered off the console, unplugged it for 30 sec from the power supply, plugged it back in re downloaded it, powered off the console unplugged it for 30 sec powered back up tried to start the game and it kicked me back to home
    screen again. So I repeated the uninstall and re install process again. This time the game started got into the opening cut scene and froze. Turned the game off and back on froze in the same exact place. Tried the uninstall and re install process again and
    it boots me back to the home screen right away again.

    Battle Field 4 I can start the game play with the options but if I try to go into a multi-player game or the campaign mode it freezes on the loading screen.

    Very Frustrating!!!
