    My son's Day Zero DLC


    I got my son the new CODAW and it had the DLC stuff. He entered the 25 digit code, but did it while my profile was logged in. Now I can see it if I log in to it, but he can't access any of it. Trouble is, I don't play this game. I never have played any of
    them, nor do I want to. When he looks in the store, it still says "installed" but he can't access it. He's tried uninstalling and re-installing as well, but had no luck.

    How can I get these on his profile so he can use them??

    Day Zero DLC

    Entered the code for the Day Zero content. Now only that profile can access the Exo pack, etc. The other profiles on the xobx One do not have access to the DLC. Is there a fix for this?

    Bought 360 version but CAN'T get the XBOX ONE version????!!

    Just fixed on my side. Letting me download the Day Zero edition and DLC.

    You need to contact Xbox Support. They are the only ones that will be able to help you with this.

    Thanks. I was REALLY hoping that was going to be the answer. My son's Day Zero DLC :( I hate calling them. Maybe I'll just pay for it again rather than dealing with them.
