My sons acct is banned, Gamer Tag: averytallm1dget

On Mon 10/24/16 my son was playing Xbox live, on Xbox one. His game play was interrupted with a message stating: There was a problem with his acct & instructed him to follow up with your website for further information. On this website it stated his acct
had a 24 hour, temporarily suspended for his security - also stated someone had tried to login to his acct numerous times. On Tuesday 10/25/16 we checked his accts for updated information on this matter; At this time a new message was visible, stating
that his acct had been banned due to violating Microsoft Services Agreement. Specific reasons: Spreading Malware and Child Pornography.

My son is 15 years old. We have had this acct for over 4 years. He is Not a computer genius that knows how to hack and spread forms of computer viruses. I monitor all of his activity. We just renewed his Xbox Live subscription. I resent the way Microsoft
has handled the matter, or lack thereof. It is obvious his acct has been tampered with and it is your responsibility to protect these accts and not accuse faithful customers of such disgusting activity.

HI this is my sons banned gamer tag so sorry but he has been banned for modding his gamer tag to make his face look red yes excessive but he did deserve it. i am just hanging around and looking while i wait for a reply how to get his live and map packs back
as they cost money.

It is not the first time the gamer tag was changed. It was my account tried to change it to my sons with his gamer tag not mine.

So the gamer tag associated with my email (the adult) is there to stay or can I delete that gamer tag and create my own? Then I could create a new profile for son #1 and a new gamer tag.

I have figured out/created a new profile and gamer tag for son #2.

So I would like to:

change the gamer tag that is connected to my email account (the adult).

If possible I would like to keep my son's gamer tag and just move it to the email account/profile I created for him... (I'm pretty sure you said I couldn't do this but just checking?
