My son's account

My son's account has been "permanently suspended". Why can't I get someone to tell my exactly what reason led to this? All I get is a generic email with vague copy & paste answers. And if the account isn't to be reinstated, I should be refunded the cost
of the XBox Gold membership that is direct drafted without fail from my account.

Issues with my son's account

I I tried to change the age restriction on my son's account to give him a little more freedom as he got older and now he cannot play any of the games with his account because we get a message that says you cannot see content other people make because of
how your account is set up... How do I change this

 

Ea Access Question

I have two different account on my Xbox one for me and one for my son. If I got ea access on one of the accounts could the other account play those games.

You will still only get a vague answer and you will not get a refund on anything lost,thats the point of a ban.

I am sure your son will know why,he`s just not telling you.

As stated in the terms & conditions you agreed to when you started the account you lose any live time,dlc etc. when an acount gets banned.
