Discus and support my sons account was put on hold for 1 day in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have seen the reason why but would like more details as the charge does not seem accurate? where can i find out specifics???...     xbox stinks

    Employee supervisor Dante put me on hold to get his boss and hung up on me. Are you kidding? On the phone over 2 hours during my sons 11th birthday and this guy hangs up on me. 10 very unhappy 11 year olds and 1 soon to be ex xbox account holder.

    Please put my accounts live on hold

    How did your cousins get your account? You would have to call and cancel your subscription, there is no putting it on hold.

    You cant. The enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and they can only be contacted by filing for a case review. 24 hr suspensions are not eligible for case review. They wont go into specifics either way though.

    there should be an Option you can use from "my account" to cancel automatic renewal of your subscription, if that wont do you can contact phone Support
