    My Sons account was banned by mistake


    my son permanently banned from his account for marketplace fraud which i dont understand cuz a purchase was made on a account that had a block on it since last month and it was verified that block was on there! The purchase should have never went through
    cuz the account was blocked and now my son is being penalized for it when the purchase should have never went through! The purchase was supposed to be done the game share from another player and not from my sons account! His gamertag is Slxxn and i need my
    sons account back working as soon as possible!
